This week we will show you the beautiful Courtyard House in Seattle, Washington, a project by DeForest Architects. This is a wow house! Not only the place is modern, clean and cozy, but the views are breathtaking and the materials look great. From the limestone floor to oak and walnut cabinets, the material palette is really elegant and beautiful. Certainly a great place to live.

Description from the architects: The entrance to this lakefront home is a serene courtyard with plenty of privacy. By removing much of the main floor structure, the main living spaces open to terraces, gardens and sweeping views.
