Motion Design - Think with Google 2013

Daniel Rodrigues is a Brazilian student of Design and motion designer, he has put together a set of videos for the event Think with Google 2013. He created more than 40 short videos made to present various speakers and the topics of their lectures exploring Google style. The result is really nice and makes me want to learn even more motion design.

Despite the limitations of representation in solid colors and simple design elements, were developed animation styles that allowed to join the dynamic and flow to the compositions, strengthening the identity. Support elements such as circles, strips and sparks were added to develop elements.
In entry or exit moments of the main objects were added other color layers.</blockquote

Beautiful Houses: Alemanys 5

This week we will show you a beautiful restoration in Girona, Spain, a project by Anna Noguera. This place is amazing! The mix of old and new, the stone walls, concrete, wood… everything is really beautiful and charming. Certainly a great place to live.

Description from the architects: Located in the central part of Girona’s medieval quarter, within the perimeter of the first wall and overlooking the Plaça Sant Doménec, is the property Alemanys 5, whose original building dates back to the XVI century.

Its recent restoration integrates old and new, where sober and clean lines look for the enjoyment of essential elements such as space, light, shadows, fire, stone, water or silence.

Make sure to check out Anna Noguera website for further inspiring projects. See you next week 🙂
