One more great thing about Webydo is their huge design community. With 50+ thousand designers contributing actively, they are always improving and evolving from within. The technology they use is sophisticated and neat, delivering an intuitive work flow with features found in softwares like ‘Adobe Photoshop’ or ‘Indesign’.

The Great Discontent Magazine

Ryan and Tina Essmaker are the kind folks behind The Great Discontent, a beautiful magazine based in New York City. The online magazine features interviews with creatives from a variety of disciplines—including many of our designer friends—and focuses on themes of beginnings, creativity, and risk. Now, The Great Discontent is printing its first issue via Kickstarter.

Since its debut in 2011, The Great Discontent has inspired readers all over the world. Now, TGD is reaching out to that community, not only to help make a magazine, but in doing so, to build a foundation for the future.

Ryan and Tina Essmaker are the husband-and-wife team behind The Great Discontent (TGD), the online magazine featuring interviews on beginnings, creativity, and risk. In August 2011, the pair cofounded TGD as a side project to fulfill their desire to work together outside of their traditional day jobs. Since then, they’ve published 117 interviews with individuals from a variety of creative disciplines, reached readers in over 170 countries, and launched the online film-based series, Two Minutes with TGD. In January 2014, Ryan and Tina took the leap and left their day jobs to focus on The Great Discontent and other content-related projects via No Little Plans, their creative studio based in New York City.

Their work has been featured around the web on Mashable, 37signals’ Signal vs. Noise, 99U, Communication Arts, .Net Magazine, Daring Fireball, A List Apart, Seth Godin’s blog, Lifehacker, and Quipsologies by UnderConsideration.
