The partnership started in Vienna in 1993 by architects Elke Delugan Meissl and Roman Delugan, expanded in 2004, performing work in big cities in the world.
The partnership of architects Elke Delugan Meissl and Roman Delugan began in 1993 when they formed the office Delugan_Meissl. Elke was born in Linz in Austria and graduated from the University of Technology in Innsbruck where he worked in some offices, as well as in Vienna. He taught at Stuttgart University and now teaches at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna.

Roman Delugan was born in Italy in the city of Merano. He received his degree in architecture from the University of Applied Arts, the same place where he began teaching, he also taught in the Berner Fachhochschule in Bern, Switzerland. In 2004 the office expanded and was renamed the Delugan Meissl Associated Architects. Besides the residential work, developed cultural, commercial and educational projects, among others.
